    I work with business leaders across all industries- whether you're in home services, manufacturing, retail, tech, marketing, or something else entirely. The common thread? You're running a company with revenues typically between $5 million and $150 million, have some sort of team helping you run the business, and you're ready to solve time, profit, or growth challenges. That said, I won't work with just anyone, so please read this to make sure we're on the same page.

    My process is intentional and structured, with flexibility to match your context. We typically begin with a 25-minute discovery conversation, followed by a 90-minute strategic session with your core leadership team. From there, we launch full-day strategy sessions- held at my Denver session room, your site, or remotely. If on-site travel is needed for me to come to you, travel reimbursement will be addressed.

  • Do you use EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)?

    In a way. I’m aligned with the principles of operational clarity and structured leadership- but I don’t use EOS specifically. I’m a certified Bloom Growth Coach, which builds upon that foundation with modern enhancements for team health, tech support, and financial literacy. You get the best of proven structure with flexibility that fits how real businesses operate.

    My approach is built for busy entrepreneurs- structured, whole-business focused, and designed to unlock clarity fast. Borrowing from the best of operating system frameworks:

    • I work with busy leadership teams, surfacing root issues early;
    • Foster alignment not just on performance- but on team health and human behavior;
    • And I integrate coaching with software tools to ensure accountability, cadence, and visibility across the business. The result?  Momentum that lasts, not fades.

    Q: What is a weekly leadership meeting—and why does it matter?


    Answer: It’s a highly structured, 90-minute meeting held weekly- designed to unite your leadership team around real priorities, identify root challenges, and align on next-best steps. The structure keeps you focused and fosters real traction.


    Q: Who should attend?


    Answer: Ideally, it’s the core leadership team- about four to seven people. Fewer can dilute perspective; too many makes it unfocused. You want the decision-makers operating in sync, not a crowd.


    Q: Why is that structure critical?


    Answer: Because how you meet is how you lead. A clear agenda, regular rhythm, and shared accountability create predictable performance- and build trust. Without it, priorities blur and progress stalls.
